OVERHEAD RAILS SYSTEM

Our systems can be applied to different sectors of the food industry and installed throughout the entire production cycle, from receiving the raw material to the shipping of the finished product. Tecsal always sought innovative and efficient solutions to facilitate the various production phases.

Aluminum overhead rails

The innovation in which we firmly believe also concerns the constant choice of the most suitable materials to work with. In addition to the classic stainless-steel overhead rail, Tecsal also manufactures "Monotech", an aluminum system, conscious of its versatility and its properties of extreme resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The processing involves the creation of an extruded aluminum profile with a patented design, which originates from its own matrices. Working with a single profile and not with two coupled aluminum profiles avoids some consequences due to wear.

The shape is carefully studied according to the needs so that it can allow the sliding group to stay inside the profile, protected from external agents. The four extruded profiles created, M65, M80, M95, M115, are similar in shape but different in height to support all types of load.

Stainless-steel Overhead Rails

Tecsal stainless-steel system is composed of two profiles created with the right dimensions for the load to be supported. The profiles are joined by brackets made of shaped profiles through laser processing and assembled with MIG-TIG welding. Our many years of experience has also allowed us to perfect even the smallest details of welding, to predict and avoid risks due to wear.

The brackets are placed on the rail at regular distances, depending on the capacity of the system according to the specific dimensioning Customers' requests.
